November 24, 2014 (Mexicali)--Caltrans announced that construction is completed on the Quechan Crossing Pedestrian Project at the Andrade Port of Entry (POE) along State Route 186 (SR-186). Pedestrians now have full access to new sidewalks and reconstructed walkways brought to Americans with Disability Act standards.
